Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

This Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl is a cool and refreshing treat bursting with ripe, juicy strawberries and sweet bananas.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons honey, or agave if Vegan
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, strawberries, granola, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen strawberries, bananas, coconut cream and honey (or agave) in the bowl of a high-powered blender.
  • Pulse until well combined, smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and serve with the toppings of your choice. I used strawberries, bananas, granola and a drizzle of honey.
