Mango Blueberry Popsicles

These Mango Blueberry Popsicles are a fruity treat that combine sweet and creamy mango with juicy blueberries.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 fresh mangos, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey, divided, (or Agave, if Vegan)
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice, divided

Instructions
 

  • Peel and roughly chop the mango, then add it to your blender or food processor bowl.
  • Add in ⅔ of the lime juice and ⅔ of the honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture ⅔ of the way up in your popsicle mold.
  • Rinse out your food processor, then add in the blueberries, remaining honey and lime. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blueberry mixture over the top of the mango mixture in your popsicle molds.
  • Place a popsicle stick in each mold, then cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
