Homemade Caesar Dressing

This delicious homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is super creamy with the perfect balance of tangy savory flavors.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients, except for the parmesan cheese to a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk to combine, then add in the parmesan cheese.
  • Continue mixing until well combined. If you like a completely smooth texture, you can pulse for a few seconds in a bullet blender or food processor.
  • Serve immediate over a salad or store in the fridge until ready to use.
