Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip

This Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip is a creamy, cheesy blend of classic flavors with savory bits of ham and chicken in every scoop.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced into small pieces
  • 6 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese and whip up using a hand mixer.
  • Add in the heavy cream, chicken stock, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Continue mixing until combined.
  • Add in the chicken, ham, Gruyere cheese and parsley, then toss until everything is mixed and well coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9 casserole baking dish that's been sprayed with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 450°F and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  • Serve with cut veggies or low carb crackers.
