Slice your baguette into thin slices, between ¼-1/2 inch thick.
Spread some of the apple butter over the tops of each slice.
Add a slice of the Brie cheese over the apple butter.
Place them on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
Remove from the oven, then add a ribbon of prosciutto on top. Garnish with a small sprig of thyme and serve while still warm.
