Air Fryer Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp

These savory Air Fryer Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp feature tender, succulent jumbo shrimp wrapped in crispy prosciutto and cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
 

  • 24 ounces jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails on
  • 7 ounces prosciutto, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the smoked paprika and ground black pepper on both sides of the shrimp.
  • Take each slice of the prosciutto and cut it in half lengthwise, giving you 2 long strips. Wrap one strip around each of the shrimp and place them in your air fryer basket that’s been sprayed with olive oil.
  • Air fry for 4 minutes.
  • Brush with the maple syrup and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and serve.

Recipe Notes

If you're not low carb or trying to watch your sugar intake, you can use regular maple syrup instead.
