Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then dry on some paper towels. Discard any loose skins that may come come off.
Add the chickpeas into a mixing bowl, then pour the olive oil and spices over the top.
Gently mix to combine, making sure all the chickpeas are well coated.
Pour the chickpeas into the basket of your air fryer, that’s been sprayed with olive oil. Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until they are crisp and serve.
