Ingredients

  • 2 Apples, I used Pink Lady
  • Optional Coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg

Instructions

  • Slice 2 apples on the thinest setting on your mandolin slicer. If you don’t have a mandolin, you can slice by hand using a sharp knife.
  • Place them on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle on your favorite sugar and spices. I used coconut sugar, ground cinnamon and nutmeg, but you can leave them plain or add what you like.
  • Transfer the apple slices to the basket of your air fryer, not overlapping. I was able to fit 3 rows of 3 slices for a total of 9 slices in each batch.
  • Air fry at 325°F for 12 minutes, flipping the apples 1-2 times in between, or until crisp.
  • Allow the apple chips to cool for 10-15 minutes to allow them to crisp up. Repeat the process until all the chips are cooked.
